As a consultant for Rhite and The Good AI, she guides organisations through the challenges of innovating with integrity, helping them build systems that place accountability at their core. Known for her mission to promote standardisation and responsible governance across emerging technologies, Anna brings both clarity and authority to one of the most pressing conversations of our time.

Her professional journey began in product management and marketing, where she developed a keen understanding of how technology shapes user experience and organisational growth. She later co-founded Ricaris Have a Nice Day, serving as CEO and supporting global clients with website development, content management, SEO translation and customer service. Her strategic ability and vision soon saw her take on further responsibilities as an advisor and board member, and briefly as Chief Innovation Officer, where she focused on anticipating market shifts and future technological needs. Alongside this, she co-founded Managing Virtual Teams, sharing insights as a speaker and consultant on company culture, motivation and change management. Additional roles followed, including operations manager and chief of staff at Molina Visuals, membership in the ethics and responsibility department of OdieselA, work as an AI ethics expert at Ethical Intelligence Associates, and a position as an AI ethics associate professor at the Human Business School. Since becoming a freelance AI ethicist, she has dedicated her efforts to designing programmes that reduce the risks of unethical AI development.

Anna’s contributions to the field have earned her significant recognition, including her place on the 100 Brilliant Women in AI Ethics list. She has spoken at major industry events such as the Arize Conference GenAI Panel, the AI Summit London Data and Ethics Panel, UNED’s Ethical Considerations Education and AI, Maximising AI in Learning and Education UK, LEAP, and the AI Frontline Summit. Her expertise is widely sought after by organisations, academic institutions and global audiences.

As a speaker, Anna has a rare ability to make complex ideas relatable, relevant and immediately applicable. Her thoughtful approach empowers audiences to understand not only how AI works but also how it can be used responsibly.
