Jonathan Brill

Jonathan Brill is the Executive Chairman of the Center for Radical Change, where he advises notable leaders, governments, startups, and Fortune 50 organisations on how to navigate and turn disruption into an advantage. Educated at renowned institutions, Jonathon earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design at Pratt Institute and completed Stanford’s one-year general management program. He began his career as a Design Manager at IBM before becoming an Executive Creative Director at Implied Sciences, spearheading the development of products for digital entertainment. In 2013 Jonathon joined Frog Design as a Creative Director, focusing on interactive places, smart objects, gestural interfaces, and networked life. Following that, he co-founded the Special Projects Agency and became a Chief Executive Officer at CCD Innovation.

In 2017 he landed the role of Global Futurist and Research Director at HP, working on HP’s long-term investment strategy and advising global leadership on growth opportunities. He is currently a Board Advisor and Fellow at Frost & Sullivan, one of the largest market intelligence firms, and a Futurist in Residence at Territory Studio, where he invents future worlds for Hollywood films, including Blade Runner 2049, Ex Machina, and Ghost in the Machine. Jonathon is also a Senior Fellow at HBR’s China New Growth Institute and a contributor to Forbes, The Economist Global Business Report, Thinkers50, HBR and Bloomberg.
