Reem AlMosabbah is the Head of Community Engagement and Membership of Women in AI, UAE. Famed as the youngest female Emirati Tech Entrepreneur she is a serial entrepreneur, who has been a Dubai Youth Council Board Member at the Federal Youth Authority in UAE. After she completed her education, Reem worked as a Research Assistant for the United Arab Emirates University. She then worked as an intern at Danfoss, Emirates Global Aluminium, and WorldsSkills International before she worked as an Energy Engineer at Al-Futtaim. Today, as Co-Founder of Unipreneur – a leadership development platform for youth, Reem is developing initiatives and programmes to solidify UAE’s status as a global hub and destination for entrepreneurship in the fields of innovation and technology.

CEO of Retech.ae, Reem is working towards adding convenience, accountability, transparency, and reducing the carbon footprint in the retail sector. A member of the SDG Global Council as well, Reem has established a range of youth entrepreneurship and startup development initiatives.
