She is best known as the creator of the AI TIPS Framework, a structured approach that transforms abstract AI principles into operational systems that drive performance, accountability and trust. Pamela’s career began in the technical trenches as a security architect, where she developed a deep understanding of how complex systems are built, managed and protected. Working across multiple organisations, she gained first hand experience in large scale infrastructure, data protection and enterprise risk. She later stepped into a senior leadership role as Director of Information Security Risk for Starwood Hotels and Resorts, contributing to a major company wide technology transformation. Her move into the role of Chief Information Officer at Higher One expanded her remit to executive decision making, digital strategy and innovation leadership. These experiences laid the foundation for her transition into AI, where she recognised the urgent need for structured governance and scalable implementation models, leading to the launch of Trusted AI and her broader work in advancing trustworthy AI adoption.

Throughout her career, Pamela has played a key role in shaping global conversations around responsible technology. She founded Advancing Trust in AI and has contributed to influential leadership groups including the Global CISO Leadership Foundation and the Cyber Future Foundation. Her advisory work spans academia, industry and government, including roles with Quinnipiac University, AIEthics.World, AI 2030 and the United States Department of Defence. She has also held prominent industry positions such as Smart Security Privacy Group Co Chair for GCTC SC3 Smart Cities and Chair for IEEE AI Cybersecurity.
