Martin Prince-Parrott FRSA RIBA is an award-winning architect turned real estate developer, author, and tech founder whose work sits where artificial intelligence meets the built environment. Today, Martin is Founder and CEO of ROMULLUS, an AI and space infrastructure company focused on building the physical foundations of an abundant future. A practical example is his focus on placing small modular inference nodes into buildings and reusing waste heat to support low-carbon heating and cooling, turning compute into a building-performance asset.
