Martin Prince-Parrott FRSA RIBA is an award-winning architect turned real estate developer, author, and tech founder whose work sits where artificial intelligence meets the built environment. He helps leaders understand why AI is no longer just software, it is becoming physical infrastructure, with direct consequences for energy, mobility, property value, and the way cities function day to day. Martin’s perspective is grounded in delivery, shaped by years spent designing, financing, and building the assets that underpin modern urban life, then translating that reality into clear, engaging insight for decision-makers.
Over 15 years, Martin has led high-performance teams responsible for £1bn+ of delivered real estate, spanning mission-critical compute environments, major mixed-use schemes, and landmark projects that balance commercial performance with long-term resilience. He has managed a £100m+ real estate investment and development portfolio, working across planning, design, delivery, and capital strategy. Martin has worked alongside global organisations including Microsoft, and draws directly on that experience to explain the ‘trillion-dollar build-out’ behind AI, the data centres, power infrastructure, cooling systems, land strategy, and operational trade-offs that underpin every digital breakthrough.
Today, Martin is Founder and CEO of ROMULLUS, an AI and space infrastructure company focused on building the physical foundations of an abundant future. His work reframes AI as an urban utility that must be housed, powered, cooled, and integrated into communities rather than hidden at the edge of them. A practical example is his focus on placing small modular inference nodes into buildings and reusing waste heat to support low-carbon heating and cooling, turning compute into a building-performance asset. Martin is also the founder of REINDUSTRIALIZE UK, a campaign and platform advocating for a high-tech reindustrial revolution, positioning AI infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, and resilient cities as central to Britain’s long-term prosperity and defence. He is also the author of ‘Urban Healthonomics’, published by RIBA Publishing, exploring how AI, infrastructure, health, and economic growth intersect at city scale.
As a keynote speaker, Martin is known for clarity, pace, and authority, combining data, infographics, humour, and cultural reference points to make complex AI and infrastructure topics accessible. He has been trusted to lecture for professional and institutional audiences, with testimonials highlighting his ability to break down technical subjects without diluting their importance. Whether speaking to investors, policymakers, developers, or city leaders, Martin shows what changes when AI becomes physical, where the risks sit, and how organisations can act early to capture long-term value.
