Adrian Webb is an accomplished technology strategist, philosopher and business leader whose expertise spans artificial intelligence, behavioural science and corporate transformation. As Executive Chair of OutcomePath, he advises organisations on navigating technological, commercial and cultural challenges, helping them turn emerging technologies into practical business outcomes. Combining decades of boardroom experience with academic research into philosophy of mind and AI ethics, Adrian is recognised for offering thoughtful, evidence-based perspectives on the opportunities and risks of artificial intelligence. His ability to bridge technical innovation with human behaviour has made him a sought-after AI speaker for businesses, professional bodies and leadership audiences.

Adrian built his career in communications and strategic leadership before becoming one of the senior executives responsible for taking esure from an ambitious start-up through sustained growth, a management buyout and ultimately a successful £1.3 billion flotation on the London Stock Exchange. Prior to this, he held senior communications roles with organisations including Direct Line Group, Virgin One Account and Consolidated Communications, developing expertise in marketing, corporate affairs and organisational strategy. Alongside his executive career, Adrian pursued academic research as a PhD candidate in Philosophy at the University of Exeter, where he also serves as a Post-Graduate Teaching Assistant, delivering lectures on AI ethics, philosophy of mind and the societal implications of artificial intelligence to students, commercial audiences and the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Building on his corporate success, Adrian has held numerous influential board and advisory positions across technology, health and digital innovation. As a Non-Executive Director of GoCompare, he helped oversee a period in which the company’s market value almost doubled before its acquisition by Future plc. He later chaired LAB Digital, supporting projects exploring gambling addiction, linguistics and vulnerability through behavioural science and technology. Adrian also advises and invests in ventures tackling fraud, healthcare and the wider social impact of AI by applying insights from philosophy, psychology, linguistics and neuroscience. His interests extend into sustainability through helping launch the Space Value Foundation, while his creative work has included serving as executive producer and composer for feature films with Black House Pictures.

As an AI speaker, Adrian offers a distinctive combination of commercial credibility, philosophical insight and practical technological expertise. Rather than focusing solely on emerging tools, he explores the ethical, psychological and societal consequences of artificial intelligence, helping organisations understand how technology should be deployed responsibly and effectively. Drawing on board-level leadership, academic research and hands-on advisory experience, Adrian explains complex AI concepts with clarity while providing audiences with practical frameworks for innovation, governance and decision-making. His interdisciplinary perspective enables leaders to look beyond short-term technological trends, equipping them to embrace AI in ways that strengthen business performance while protecting human values, trust and long-term organisational resilience.
