Alpesh is Founder and CEO of Fintricity, an AI-first advisory and consulting firm supporting large organisations through digital and AI transformation. Under his leadership, Fintricity has embedded artificial intelligence across strategy, operating models and product development, with a strong emphasis on enterprise-scale implementation. He is also Founder and CTO of Kendra Labs, where he leads the development of an open source, enterprise-grade generative AI, machine learning and data integration platform designed to help organisations rebuild applications for an AI-native future. Alongside this, Alpesh is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Redcliffe Capital, investing in disruptive technology companies and supporting founders with growth, governance and go-to-market strategy.

Earlier in his career, Alpesh held senior technology and project leadership roles within investment banking and financial services at organisations including Barclays Capital, UBS and Rabobank. This experience gives him rare credibility with regulated, data-intensive sectors navigating AI adoption today. He holds an MEng in Computer Systems and Software Engineering from the University of York, where his academic work included early research into neural networks and fault-tolerant systems. Alpesh remains deeply connected to academia and innovation ecosystems, serving as an Advisory Board Member to the University of York, a Board Member of the International Society of Chief Data Officers, an Advisor to AI 2030, and a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts.
