Andreea Bulisache

Andreea Bulisache is an international artificial intelligence keynote speaker, Founder of Stratified Advisory, Board Director and AI Governance Strategist whose work explores how organisations govern intelligence as AI becomes increasingly embedded in decision-making. Working with boards, CEOs, investors and executive teams across the US and EMEA, Andreea specialises in AI governance, decision readiness, enterprise value and strategic technology risk. She is a contributor to the EU AI Act and creator of the AI Governance War Room, a board-level simulation designed to test how leaders make consequential decisions involving AI, cybersecurity, regulation and accountability under pressure.

With more than two decades of experience spanning technology, governance, public policy and commercial strategy, Andreea has developed a detailed understanding of how emerging technologies affect organisations at scale. She spent almost a decade at Microsoft, first within Microsoft Consulting Services before becoming National Technology Officer & Business Development Executive. During her Microsoft career, Andreea worked across AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, strategic partnerships and public policy, operating across more than 30 markets. She led major technology ecosystem integrations involving GitHub and Databricks, with her work contributing to more than $1 billion in commercial impact. She also worked with governments, regulators and business leaders on areas including cybersecurity, data sovereignty and emerging technology policy.

Today, Andreea leads Stratified Advisory, advising boards, private equity investors and leadership teams on AI operating models, governance architecture, regulatory exposure and technology-led value creation. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director of publicly listed cybersecurity company Fort S.A., where her experience encompasses cyber governance, AI-enabled security, operational resilience and regulatory alignment. Her wider leadership experience includes serving as an Advisor to The Cantellus Group, Chair of Young & Bold and a member of the International Advisory Board of Nyenrode Business University. Andreea is also the co-author of ‘The Next AI Imperative’, while her Governing Intelligence work examines accountability, decision rights, traceability and resilience as organisations introduce increasingly capable AI systems.

As a sought-after AI keynote speaker, Andreea challenges leaders to consider what happens after an organisation becomes capable of deploying artificial intelligence.
