Andy Paul is the Founder and CEO of Fliweel.tech, an AI consultancy that helps SMEs and global enterprises successfully adopt artificial intelligence and automation. With more than 15 years of experience in data science, analytics and AI consulting, including six years working across San Francisco, Andy combines deep technical expertise with first hand knowledge of how organisations can successfully integrate AI into day to day operations. Under his leadership, Fliweel.tech has become one of the first companies in the UK to be recognised as an official OpenAI Select Partner, while also earning recognition as an SME Awards 2025 Finalist, a Clutch 2024 Global Awards Winner and a member of techUK. After graduating from Brunel University with a degree in Mathematics with Computer Science, Andy began building his expertise in data and management consulting. He initially worked at McLagan before the company was acquired by Aon, where he spent eight years progressing through increasingly senior positions. Starting as a Senior Associate, he advanced into AI engineering before becoming Senior Consultant and Data & AI Product Lead at Aon, leading projects that demonstrated the commercial potential of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. Drawing on this experience, Andy founded Fliweel.tech and later launched Voyce AI, extending his mission to help organisations unlock the transformative power of intelligent technologies.

Alongside his entrepreneurial ventures, Andy has established himself as a respected voice within the AI and technology community. He serves as a Board Member of the South Midlands Business Board and has shared his expertise as co-host of the Business Over Chai podcast. His keynote appearances have taken him to major industry events at ExCeL London, Olympia London and Liverpool, where he has appeared alongside speakers representing Microsoft, Google, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, NatWest, KPMG and techUK.
