Anis began her career in the media industry, quickly advancing through high-profile roles including Senior Sales Executive at Future Plc, Media Manager Asia at VNU Global Media, and Sales Manager at Forbes Arabia. She held executive leadership positions such as Associate Publisher at Euromoney Institutional Investor Plc and Associate Director at Devex, where she led global teams and pioneered strategies in emerging markets. In 2011, she founded Global Development Innovation, followed by Development Post in 2012 – two platforms dedicated to social impact and sustainable growth. Anis holds degrees from London Metropolitan University and Brunel University, as well as postgraduate qualifications from SOAS University of London in public policy and financial management.
Since founding Mindful Sales Training in 2014, Anis has transformed the way sales and leadership are taught – focusing on clarity, compassion and authenticity. She is the creator of Mindful Selling and the AGILE Mindset, frameworks that enable professionals to perform without burnout in high-pressure environments.
