Today, she is the Founder of PiperRussell Consultancy, where she partners with global businesses to align AI strategies with human intention, and External Faculty at Deloitte University EMEA, helping senior executives develop the skills needed for the AI age.

Binnaz is also deeply engaged in mentorship and thought leadership.
