Butzi is an international keynote speaker, AI trainer, serial entrepreneur and author who brings a magician’s perspective to technological transformation. After graduating from the Sorbonne in economics, Butzi travelled alone through Latin America before beginning an unconventional creative career. He spent a decade working as a professional magician, performed at the Magic Castle in Hollywood and appeared in London’s West End. As an illusion designer, he learned to challenge assumptions, redirect attention and transform unlikely ideas into convincing experiences. These skills later became the foundation of his work with businesses. Moving from entertainment into entrepreneurship, coaching and corporate speaking, he began helping executives, growing companies and entrepreneurs clarify their objectives, manage time effectively and develop more original approaches to business challenges.

Butzi has since built two companies and established a consultancy focused on helping organisations deploy generative AI and train their teams. He has written two books on creativity, including The Magic of Crazytivity, which translates techniques used by leading magicians into practical tools for creative thinking, agility and innovation. His four TEDx appearances have further established his reputation as an original communicator on creativity and the evolving relationship between people and work.
