Christina Mackay-Nowell is an AI speaker, strategic advisor and Managing Director of Venture6, who explores one of the most important questions facing organisations adopting AI, how do you bring your people with you? With almost two decades of experience spanning management consulting, investment and entrepreneurship, Christina examines the human side of AI transformation, from manager engagement and organisational readiness to leadership through disruption. Having completed Artificial Intelligence Executive Education at the University of Oxford, she combines an understanding of emerging technology with extensive experience advising leaders, investors and entrepreneurs across the UK and Europe.

Christina began her career at EY, where she spent seven and a half years working across London and New York. During this period, she developed strategic sales and marketing plans contributing to £300 million in revenue growth, worked as Change Manager on a major government IT transformation and led international teams. She later became Project Manager for EY’s World Entrepreneur Of The Year programme, creating content delivered to more than 2,000 CEOs, and established the Accelerating Entrepreneurs programme. Christina subsequently founded investment platform InEn Global, served as CEO of Kent Investors Network and today leads Venture6, advising private investors and entrepreneurs on investment strategy, negotiation, international growth and opportunities across Western Europe.

Christina’s academic and professional development strengthens her perspective on AI, leadership and organisational change. Alongside her University of Oxford education in Artificial Intelligence, she holds an MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School and an MA in International Law with Distinction from the University of Kent. She has also completed executive education in strategic negotiation at Harvard Business School and HEC Paris. Her career has placed her at the intersection of business transformation, investment and innovation, while her current work keeps her connected with emerging technology and AI developments across Europe.

When hired as an Artificial Intelligence keynote speaker, Christina focuses on the organisational conditions required to turn AI investment into meaningful business performance. Her signature keynote, ‘The Accidental Crisis’, examines why disengaged and unsupported managers can become a barrier to successful AI adoption, drawing upon research from Gallup, McKinsey and Google. Christina also speaks on negotiation, entrepreneurial leadership, resilience and reinvention, offering practical frameworks that leaders can apply when navigating technological disruption. A TEDx speaker who has spoken at Oxford and Cambridge, Christina brings research, commercial experience and accessible delivery to CEO offsites, leadership conferences, HR and L&D summits, workshops and company events.
