Christopher’s journey began at the University of St Andrews, where he earned an MA in Management with a focus on business psychology and organisational behaviour. Over two decades, he has delivered more than 200 projects across energy, retail, finance and professional services. From Project Manager at GE and Principal Project Manager at Siemens, to leading stakeholder engagement and integration programmes at Acteon Group, each role added to his understanding of large-scale transformation. A turning point came when he was nominated for the High Potentials Leadership Programme at Harvard Business School, sharpening his approach to coaching and leadership in the context of digital change.

Christopher’s career has been defined by senior positions at some of the world’s most influential organisations. As Director of Change, Communications and Culture at PwC, he drove global transformation initiatives across continents, embedding agile practices and digital adoption. At Mercer, he led international people change and operations strategies, shaping culture across the UK, Europe, Asia and Latin America. Today, as Head of Change at Tesco, he leads a multinational change community, driving innovation through AI integration, automation and organisational development. Under his leadership, Tesco’s Change Management Team was named ‘Best Team in Change’ at the 2024 Women in Change Awards, a recognition of their outstanding contribution to transformation in one of the world’s largest retailers.
