Taking director-level positions, including Network Consulting Director at ThruPoint, Colin gained extensive experience delivering complex transformation projects. He advanced to Head of Customer Innovation and Network Consulting and later Chief Architect for BT Global.

Building on this momentum, Colin moved into executive leadership roles, becoming Chief Technology Officer for BT Wholesale and subsequently Chief Technology Officer for BT Business.
