Douglas Moreau is a French AI keynote speaker, TEDx speaker, entrepreneur, and President of the Paris School of Business Alumni. Douglas began developing his leadership and organisational expertise while completing his Master’s Degree, serving as Associate Manager at the Paris School of Business. In this role, he managed student associations, oversaw financial operations, coordinated speaking engagements, and supported major events, gaining valuable experience in leadership and stakeholder engagement. He later joined Umanis as a Business Partner, where he contributed to digital transformation initiatives and the development of innovative services within the UDS-BPO division. Building on this foundation, Douglas moved into a senior leadership position as Head of Sales at Bouygues Immobilier, where he led business development, strategic partnerships, and innovation-driven growth initiatives focused on customer experience and behavioural transformation. His passion for helping organisations embrace technological change ultimately led to the co-founding of Club 2039 AI, a private members’ club dedicated to helping executives implement AI effectively and responsibly.

Alongside his business career, Douglas has established himself as a respected thought leader and advocate for innovation. As President of the Paris School of Business Alumni, he has overseen the growth of the network both nationally and internationally while strengthening engagement opportunities for graduates and business leaders. He has delivered keynote presentations for prestigious organisations and institutions, including Ecole Polytechnique, Sage, Club French Touch, and Paris School of Business. Douglas has also delivered two TEDx talks, including “Don’t Be Afraid of Fear”, exploring human psychology, technological change, and the societal impact of artificial intelligence.
