Jason Sosa is a futurist and artificial intelligence technologist who helps organisations understand how agentic AI and intelligent systems are reshaping work, decision making and competitive advantage. Jason is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Orchestrator, leading a team of PhD researchers building enterprise-ready AI agents that support complex business and financial workflows. His work centres on intelligent systems that augment human teams while keeping accountability firmly in human hands. Jason is also a serial entrepreneur with three successful technology exits, giving him first-hand experience of turning advanced technical concepts into scalable, commercial products. Across his career, he has advised startups, large enterprises and public sector organisations on technology strategy, innovation and growth, and has helped structure and raise over $100 million for technology initiatives.

His career includes several widely recognised achievements. Jason appeared on the Bloomberg TechStars television series, and the companies he founded have received national recognition, including being named a Time Magazine Top Startup in New York and listed among Business Insider’s Top 25 Startups to Watch in New York. Earlier, he was Chief Executive Officer and Founder of IMRSV, a venture-backed artificial intelligence company specialising in computer vision, facial analysis and emotion recognition. Under his leadership, IMRSV worked with global brands and built patented technology before being acquired, marking a significant milestone in his entrepreneurial journey.
