Jason Sosa is a futurist and artificial intelligence technologist who helps organisations understand how agentic AI and intelligent systems are reshaping work, decision-making, and competitive advantage. Jason is the Founder and CEO of Sosa Research, an agentic intelligence lab building next-generation AI infrastructure. Its flagship products include Omega, a memory system for AI agents, and Meridian, a forecasting engine for economic, geopolitical, and technology shifts. Jason is also a seasoned entrepreneur, with three successful technology exits, giving him first-hand experience of turning advanced technical concepts into scalable, commercial products. Across his career, he has advised startups, large enterprises, and public sector organisations on technology strategy and innovation. Collectively, he raised and deployed over $100 million for technology initiatives.

His career includes several widely recognised achievements. Jason appeared on the Bloomberg TechStars television series, and the companies he founded have received national recognition, including being named a Time Magazine Top Startup in New York and listed among Business Insider’s Top 25 Startups to Watch in New York. Early in his career, he built IMRSV, a venture-backed AI company specialising in computer vision and emotion recognition. Under his leadership, IMRSV worked with global brands and built patented technology before being acquired, marking a significant milestone in his entrepreneurial journey.
