Kavya Krishna is an artificial intelligence and technology keynote speaker whose work sits at the intersection of AI, leadership and global access. Raised in a rural town in Rajasthan, Kavya’s early exposure to inequality shaped a career focused on how technology, particularly AI and data systems, can either widen or close opportunity gaps. Today, she brings rare credibility to the stage, combining technical depth with lived experience from classrooms, corporate environments and global investment ecosystems.

Kavya began her career as a Data Engineer at SiriusXM, where she spent over four years working on large-scale analytics for a subscriber base exceeding 30 million users. Her work involved building forecasting models, analysing behavioural data and supporting strategic decisions that contributed to 27 percent year-on-year growth. This period grounded her expertise in applied data science, AI-enabled decision-making and commercial-scale systems, giving her a practical understanding of how algorithms influence business outcomes under real-world uncertainty.

Alongside her corporate career, Kavya founded and scaled Society of Women Coders, where she serves as Co-founder and CEO. Under her leadership, the organisation has delivered coding, data literacy and technology education to 40,000 plus girls across 57 countries, often in regions with limited infrastructure, unstable connectivity and political uncertainty. Kavya has taught firsthand in countries including Kenya, Zambia, Afghanistan and Haiti, designing curricula that work both online and offline. She secured global partnerships with the Malala Fund and multiple US Embassies, embedding ethical technology education within broader systems of social change.

More recently, Kavya has expanded her AI leadership through capital allocation and systems strategy. She completed investment roles at the Harvard Business School Impact Investment Fund and LearnLaunch Fund, where she led due diligence, portfolio analysis and impact measurement frameworks for technology-enabled ventures.
