Holding multiple qualifications, Lital attained a BA in Computer Science, Information Systems & Marketing at Reichman University and completed an Investment Banking Program at NYU Stern School of Business. She also completed the Executive Program in Transformative Strategies and Artificial Intelligence from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Starting her career in Tel Aviv, Lital worked as a Software Engineer at Motorola Solutions for three years before becoming Director, Digital Strategy & Development at SafeNet Inc.
In 2008, she co-founded Global BDN B.V. and joined Manhattan Bridge Capital as a Strategy & Business Development Director. She moved on to ActionBase Software Solutions, where she served as Director, Sales & Business Development EMEA in 2009 before becoming Head of Media & TV Application Group at Amdocs. In 2013, Lital founded Beyond, a pioneering gaming label, and joined Rockstart as a Mentor. Since 2014, she has served as a Fellow and Ambassador of THNK, a revolutionary post-graduate program for top talent, and she recently became a Founding Member of E.V.A.
