Mike Anderson

Mike Anderson is a leadership coach, author and pioneering AI entrepreneur who is recognised for helping organisations and individuals navigate the challenges and opportunities created by technological change. As the Co-Founder of Yeti.ai, an ambitious AI incubator designed to launch new businesses every 10 weeks, Mike is at the forefront of innovation, working closely with founders, investors and business leaders to accelerate growth and embrace disruption. Mike began his career in media and journalism, quickly rising through senior leadership roles within some of the UK’s most influential publishing organisations. He played a key role in the launch of Metro and later contributed to the successful transformation of the London Evening Standard during his tenure as Managing Director. Building on this success, he became Managing Director of The Sun and News of the World before embarking on his own entrepreneurial journey. He founded Chelsea Apps, an app development and consultancy business that delivered digital solutions for major brands including Waitrose, BP, PwC and KPMG. After successfully exiting the company, Mike shifted his focus towards mentoring, coaching and business advisory services, becoming CEO of DOTTT and supporting organisations ranging from start-ups to executive leadership teams. Alongside this work, he has advised businesses including Wavelength, FTI Consulting, Imagine AR Inc and The News Movement, while also investing in innovative ventures such as Tribes Studio and KLIQ.

Further strengthening his credentials, Mike is a TPC Accredited Mentor and Coach with The Portfolio Collective, reflecting his commitment to developing high-performing leaders. He is also the author of the forthcoming book, ‘Serious Fun in Business: A Human Algorithm’, which releases 22nd July 2026 and explores the balance of courage, creativity and commercial intelligence required to succeed in an increasingly technology-driven world.
