Holding multiple academic qualifications, Pascal earned an MSc in Management from Saint Etienne School of Management, an MBA from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from UCLA. He began his career as a Financial Controller at the FAS 55 Group, followed by Financial Controller, Planning and Budgeting at Groupe Casino. Pascal joined EY as Senior Consultant in 2004, spending the next decade working for the consultancy giant in various roles such as Manager Audit, Manager Advisory Finance Shared Service Centres, Senior Manager, Robotic Process Automation and Global Business Services and Director of Artificial Intelligence and Automation Leader.

Having accumulated substantial expertise in AI and automation, he went on to become Senior Advisor and Contributor at The Institute for Robotic Process Automation & Artificial Intelligence. During the same period, he served as Leader of AI & Automation at McKinsey & Company. In 2019 Pascal joined MIT Technology Review as a Member of the MIT SMR community before becoming an AI Evangelist & Chief Data Officer at Aera Technology. Currently a Board Member with the Intelligent Automation Advisory, he is also one of the select few official Members of the Forbes Technology Council, comprised of the world’s brightest tech minds.
