Scott Snyder

Scott A. Snyder is a leading voice in artificial intelligence, digital innovation, and the future of work. For more than thirty years he has helped organisations understand how AI can reshape value creation, decision making, and human capability. Scott built his career at the intersection of engineering, strategy, and technology leadership. After completing his BS, MS, and PhD in Systems Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, he moved into senior roles with GE, Martin Marietta, and Lockheed Martin, shaping early strategies for advanced digital systems. He later played a central role in venture backed innovation as Chief Technology and Innovation Officer at Safeguard Scientifics, guiding investments in predictive analytics, healthcare technology, and digital media. Scott went on to co-found Mobiquity and served as its President and Chief Strategy Officer, helping the company grow into a global leader in digital engagement before its acquisition. A significant milestone followed when he became Chief Digital Officer at EVERSANA, where he accelerated AI adoption in life sciences to support better patient and provider experiences.

Alongside his commercial work Scott has spent more than two decades in education and research. He is a Senior Fellow in the Management Department at The Wharton School, where he teaches leaders how to harness AI for innovation and growth. He also serves as Adjunct Faculty at Penn Engineering, focusing on decision making, product development, and emerging technologies. His advisory contributions have included work with the World Economic Forum’s Digital Economy Project and membership on the Penn Health Tech Advisory Board. Scott’s research has produced three patents in personalisation and recommendation engines, evidence of his long standing commitment to applied AI.
