After earning a BBM in Finance from Christ University, Bangalore, Sushant enrolled at the Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur, to obtain a PGDM in Finance. His first work experience was as a Summer Intern in Private Wealth Management at Deutsche Bank. He went on to become an Associate at D.E. Shaw & Co, returning to Deutsche Bank AG as a Summer Intern in the Corporate Banking Division. In 2011 Sushant joined Magma Fincorp as an Assistant Manager in the Credit Division and later became Digital Marketing Strategist & Core Management Team at HiveMinds Innovative Market Solutions.
He joined Ola as Head of Digital Marketing, then served as Director, Head of Digital Marketing at FreshMenu, a leading food and beverages service. Having gained substantial expertise in senior marketing roles, he became a Consultant in Digital & Growth Marketing at BOX8 and Licious. In the following year, he joined CRED as a Consultant Head of Digital and Growth Marketing before becoming a Consultant in Digital Marketing at BookMyShow.
