Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic

Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic is a globally recognised thought leader in behavioural science, artificial intelligence, and leadership, widely sought after as a keynote speaker on the impact of technology on human potential. As the Chief Innovation Officer at ManpowerGroup, he utilises science and technology to help organisations unlock talent, better predict human performance, and enhance people’s understanding of themselves in the workplace, working with global organisations such as Google, Spotify, Unilever, and JP Morgan.

Completing both his MSc and PhD at University College London, he quickly established himself as an academic force, becoming a Professor of Business Psychology there. He spent time as a Professor at NYU and was a Speaker at The World Bank. He then co-founded MetaProfiling, a data-driven personality assessment platform. He served as CEO of Hogan Assessment Systems, and since 2014, has been a Professor at Columbia University.
